Our adoption fees vary. All adoption fees include; spay/neuter, up to date vaccines, worming, flea treatment, microchipping, adult dogs are heartworm tested, all spayed and neutered animals are rabies vaccinated. In some cases puppies are too young to be rabies vaccinated and this will be done at the time of the spay/neuter at your expense. Certain purebred adoption fees may be slightly higher.

Description:		We would like to thank everyone who was so kind to make such generous donations for Lola's Care. A special thanks to Linda and Mark for purchasing Lola's 1st Professional Wheelchair from HandicappedPets Walkin Wheels. It should arrive in a couple days and not any too soon as she has grown out of her third "Homemade" wheelchair. Her new chair will get her from puppyhood through adulthood and “Her Walkin’ Wheels is fully adjustable and will be the only wheelchair that she ever needs.” This new wheelchair was provided by Handicappedpets.com. Lola is now at 16 pounds and is doing wonderful. We are doing physical therapy several times day to keep her back limbs flexible and so far so good. We will keep you posted.

Description:		Lola UPDATE: Lola went to OSU Neurology Department in Columbus on February 22, 2010, for a complete exam regarding her spinal cord injury. As many of you know Lola was injured at about 6 weeks with a severe spinal fracture. After a long day at OSU, many tests and x-rays, it was determined that there is nothing that can be done to make her walk again. She is now 13 weeks and 16 pounds and is doing extremely well. Thanks to so many wonderful supporters Lola will be receiving a brand new wheelchair that should arrive Friday, March 5, 2010 that she will be able to use from puppyhood through adulthood, “Her Walkin’ Wheels is fully adjustable and will be the only wheelchair that she ever needs.” It was provided by Handicappedpets.com. We are doing physical therapy several times a day to keep her limbs flexible. She is happy and healthy and at this point I am considering a "Racing Chair" also because she is a ball of energy and rolls everywhere. Thank you to everyone who gave donations in support of Lola. Patrick had an eye infection when we rescued the litter and developed a scar on his eye so he does not see very well, if at all, from his left eye but it does not hinder him in any manner.
